During an interesting wild herb hiking tour, you learn interesting facts about herbs which are often known as weed.
Using all your senses, learn more about the plants and discover how valuable some herbs are.
Wild herbs like nettles, garlic mustard, chickweed, daisies, wild garlic and sorrel are important as natural food and medicine and have been used by our ancestors already.
The hiking tour takes around two hours, then the herbs are used to make a tasty cream sauce.
Afterwards, every participant can make their own flatbread, baking it in the quaint oven.
The workshop continues with an educational herb cooking class the next day.
The absolute highlight is a jointly prepared tasty 3-course herb menu.
You also get a short script with recipe suggestions for cooking at home.
