Excellent location, close to the highway yet very quiet. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very functional which, for a rather seasoned traveler matters a lot. Perfect finish of this brand new hotel. Not to forget the free and safe parking.

Absolutely worth for your money. We were driving long long hours, and arrived at 11.30pm, the check in was super easy with the self check in machine. Breakfast super and the staff were really friendly, also the owner. The room is incredibly clean and comfortable. I will definitelly come back again! PM: I loved the boiled egg cooker. :)

Hotel Smart Livin is situated just off the E30 (Google designation) or A1 motorway driving west towards Boheimkirchen which was ideal for us for a stop over through Europe. It was very easy to find, extremely modern and with a large wide bay carpark.
We booked a Deluxe Studio and the decor was brand new as was the cleanliness. Having a suite we had spare beds already made up and a kitchenette which had everything that we needed - wine glasses, cutlery, wide open shower etc. It was on lovely farm land. Staff were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the whole ambience was really nice where the waitress was there to assist and make an egg omelette. Finally internet was great.
All in all this hotel is classified as a 3 star hotel but the staff attentiveness, cleanliness and decor is par excellence.

Really clean. Check-in fast and easy. Good breakfast. All these are not just unexpected for a hotel on the side of the road, but it rivals any premium hotel.

Staff members were the best, they made you feel welcome, almost like coming home. Room was very clean and stylish, breakfast was perfect with great selection of different kind of food. Vending machines had also very good selection of everything you might need during your stay. The hotel was easy to find and it has a very good parking place.

Smart and shiny clean hotel just 40 min drive from Vienna.
Quick automatic check-in, when you arrive at midnight it’s especially appreciated. Smart room and amenities. Shiny clean bathroom. A free bottle of water, not plastic! Great location if you travel from Vienna towards mountains.

A smart hotel indeed.
Easy and quick self check-in, since we arrived after the reception closed. Found the room and the bathroom very clean. Absolutely loved the smart setup and the fresh design of the room. Appreciated the welcome bottle of water. They also provided a nice and comfy bed (by request, free of charge) for our baby. Free parking space right at the entrance. Very good breakfast with a nice view. Everything was great, we will definitely book this hotel again.
